As a teacher of writing for over forty years, and as a former director of the NYU Creative Writing Program, I had the opportunity to work with brilliant writers, including Nobel laureates and Pulitzer Prize winners, over the years. I have been a student of Jennifer’s for over a decade, both during my Ph.D. program in depth psychology and subsequently in many of her deep-dive courses on nonfiction writing and vocation, all emphasizing an archetypal approach.
